Soluble magnesium chelate. Good day. I wish to share my thoughts about magnet chelate. Magnesium is an essential trace element, particularly important when taking vitamin D, which I do. This element is quickly depleted during stress, whether physical or mental, as well as anxiety. Magnesium aids my adrenal glands, alleviates headaches, and assists in bile flow. I take 400 mg daily, morning and evening after meals. I particularly prefer this powdered form, as the tablets are large and difficult to swallow. I mix the powder in warm water. I recommend it!

Excellent magnesium, though not suitable for those with low blood pressure. One of my preferred magnesium supplements. It effectively calms my nerves and improves my sleep. Magnesium plays a vital role in my health, but I must note that it significantly lowers my blood pressure, which I see as a feature of my body rather than a flaw of the supplement. Since starting this magnesium, my hands no longer go numb. It supports my adrenal glands, nervous system, and overall body function. The quality of this magnesium is excellent.
